A new build office project focused on ‘connecting with the existing urban landscape’.

Embracing ‘dignified architecture’ as our design concept, we sought to create an expansive space by pruning away any excess and presenting the building’s components in a simple manner. We also endeavored to simplify the building’s structure by employing seismic base isolation.

For the entire street-facing facade, we used Low-E glass that reduces the environmental impact of the interior while retaining transparency.

The entrance design features a broad, flat roof that beckons passers-by into the building. On the first floor, we included a terrace area to subtly connect the interior and exterior spaces.
